One video that absolutely changed my life was a TED Talk, by Kelly McGonigal, called “How To Make Stress Your Friend”. I know so many people who are affected by chronic stress and it really affects their health, especially long term. In a world of constantly movement, productivity and stress, this is a game changer. I don’t want to spoil it, because I need you to watch it for yourself, but it will completely change the way you view your stress.
This YouTube channel has a very wide range of topics, but my favorite videos always include children. Some of them have their parents explain sex, they try different foods, they play certain games, and more. But I love watching the kid one’s because they just say the funniest things, and their imagination is so awesome. I truly think we can learn a lot from kids and their imagination, and I think it’s something that we need to continue to keep as we grow older. Life becomes really boring without a crazy imagination. Please enjoy these children describe love, you will be surprised with what they say.
This next video is my pride and joy. This was a volleyball rally against Kean University, and my team Rowan. It was a minute and 13 second long rally, the longest we had ever been in and we won the point after the 60th touch. I am the setter in it, and my team does a great job keeping the ball alive. I still remember being in the game, wondering what I need to do next in order to finish the play. With endurance, patience and trust, we were able to finally put the ball down and win the point.
I love Kevin Hart and animals, so when Kevin Hart was on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and Robert Irwin, I was cracking up. Apparently Hart is not the biggest fan of exotic animals, while Robert Irwin is of course extremely passionate. Watch as Hart tries his hardest to keep calm and try not to laugh.
The Ellen Show is one of my favorite talk shows. I love what she stands for and she is hilarious. This next video is of her two crew members Amy and Andy walking through a haunted house. I have never been in an actual haunted house, so I love watching this; it reminds me why I don’t go through them. There are so many different videos of Andy walking through these since he gets scared so easily. Definitely check them out as well as some of Ellen’s great interviews. Enjoy 🙂
